VivatBet Account Verification (KYC)
VivatBet runs a KYC check to confirm who you are, where you live, and that your payment method belongs to you. The review is tied to withdrawals and to cases where activity triggers extra checks.
Verification is requested when you place your first withdrawal, when total withdrawals hit a higher internal threshold, when you change key account details (name, date of birth, address), or when the system flags a login from a new location or device. It is also requested when deposits come from a new payment method or when chargeback or fraud indicators appear.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear colour photo of a valid passport or national ID card. VivatBet checks full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and that the document is not cropped. If requested, you upload a selfie holding the document to match your face to the ID.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and residential address. Typical examples are a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or a government letter. Screenshots without issuer details are rejected; the document must show the issuer name, date, and the full address.
- Payment method: For bank cards, VivatBet asks for photos of the front and back of the card with the middle digits covered (show only the first 6 and last 4) and the CVV hidden; the cardholder name must stay visible. For e-wallets, it requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and the account email/ID. For bank transfers, it requests a bank statement or an online banking screenshot that shows your name and IBAN/account number.
After you upload the files in the account “Verification” area, VivatBet reviews them in 24–48 hours. If an image is blurred, cropped, or the details do not match the account profile, the request returns for re-upload and the clock effectively restarts from the moment the corrected files are submitted.
Once approved, you can withdraw without repeating KYC unless you change personal details, add a new payment method, or the compliance team
